Wyndham Harbour Marina - 100th berth just sold
Since the official Sod Turning Event on May 17th, construction has been well underway at the Wyndham Harbour marina project on the western side of Port Phillip with the site starting to take visual shape.
Stage 1 bulk earthworks have begun which has included the stripping of topsoil, and contouring of the land, ready for civil works.
The wetlands area has also undergone the beginning of works, which, once completed, will provide residents with visual pleasure and a place for all to make the most of by having a picnic by the water, family and friends get-togethers and a place for the children to enjoy.
The Beachside land release is going strong with 60% of Stage 4A sold already, and the 100th marina berth has just been sold!
Terrace Homes Release – for those who are waiting on the special pre-release of the architecturally designed Terrace Homes, work is progressing towards their release later in the year. Prospective purchasers who have registered for a VIP registration will be in the first group to receive all the information once it is available. If you are interested and are not a VIP registrant, contact the sales office to do so.
Final Apartment Release – The pre-release of the second (and final) apartment building is on target for later this year or early in 2012.
The developers already have many VIP registrations and encourage those who are also interested to do so without delay.
