The Boating Industry Association of Victoria (BIA) is holding the world launch of the Caribbean 35 Flybridge Cruiser MK III, at the Melbourne Boat Show, Melbourne Exhibition Centre, July 1-5 2010.

The 50th annual Melbourne Boat Show is the chosen destination to launch this luxurious boat, retailed at $550,000. This includes electronics, covers and clears. A berth at St Kilda Marina also awaits the lucky new owner.
Darren Finkelstein, Dealer Principal of St Kilda Boat Sales mentioned that “the boat is currently being built and will be ready for the show. We chose to launch the new Caribbean 35 Flybridge Cruiser MK III at the Melbourne Boat Show, as this vessel is Victorian made. It is important for us to support the community in which we operate.'
The show opens at 10am daily, with ticket prices held at last year’s levels and special half-centennial discounts for online ticket buyers. There is also a chance to win one of “50 prizes for 50 years” including everything from sunglasses, fishing rods and lifejackets.
Aside from the launch, the Melbourne Boat Show is celebrating 50 years. Turning 50 gives you a second wind. That’s why BIA will be implementing new elements, celebrating all that has changed, as well as appreciating what has stayed the same.
It has been said that 50 is the new 30. BIA Victoria has taken this on board (pardon the pun) and used it to create this milestone. When attending the BIA Melbourne Boat Show, you will see and be apart of a modern, lively atmosphere, full of festivities.
