In the marine industry typically; No News, Is Good News. We sell a lot of new and used boats and carry-out hundreds (YES hundreds) of annual service and repairs works to boats of all makes, models and sizes - each year.
Sometimes customers drop in a slab of beer, maybe a few bottles of Red and occassionally they take the time out of their busy schedules to write us a letter or email of thanks in appreciation, of a job well-done.
To do a job that exceeds the customers expectations is the ultimate reward, but to receive a gift or even a letter, always just blows us away!!! Wow - it feels good to be appreciated.....
We recently sold Rob and Chris Harvey a brand new 2008 Caribbean 26 Open (Runabout) that has been well-optioned to suit the families boating needs. Their vessel was recently delivered to the Harvey's favourite holiday destination "Metung", after ungergoing fit-out, hand-over and driver training for Rob here at St Kilda Marina.

It's nice to share the love, especially in today's difficult and sometimes trying times, where appreciation seems to get left behind in the race to move forward.....
