Flooded Waterways Reopen To Boaters
Transport Safety Victoria (TSV) fomerly Marine Safety Victoria is reopening many previously closed waterways in Nothern Victoria to boaters and holiday makers. The waterways, which were closed due to flooding, have now reopened after consultation with Victoria Water Police, flood emergency management authorities and local waterway managers. TSV is urging boaters to exercise caution on the lakes and rivers in north western Victoria where restrictions have been lifted.
