1>  If you have the experiece as a Skipper and have crossed Bass Strait before, If you have a capable support crew to assist, If your vessel carries enough Fuel and Provisions on board (to do the return trip), and If you have checked the weather conditions and correctly planned your voyage..... THEN you can take her on water home to your place of mooring in Tasmania.
